Cover Removal
Replacing the Rear Cover (D810054)
Refer to Drawings 830117, 830118 and 830119.
Tools Needed: Phillips Head Screwdriver. Estimated Repair Time: 15 minutes.
Steps Procedure

Caution: Turn off the Printer and unplug the power cord from the Printer.
2Open the Upper Imaging Assembly.
3Loosen the top two corner screws (130987) found just behind the top edge of the Rear Cover.
4Close the Upper Imaging Assembly.
5Remove the screw (130987) by the Card Exit Ramp.
6Remove the Rear Cover.
Replacing the Top Cover (D810044)
Estimated Repair Time: 5 minutes.
Steps Procedure

Caution: Turn off the Printer and unplug the power cord from the Printer.
2Open the Upper Imaging Assembly.
3Remove the screws (130948) from the four corners of the top cover.
4Close the Upper Imaging Assembly.
5Lift the top cover from the Printer
