Technician Review – Removal and Replacement Procedure No. 1

Removing and replacing the Idler Springs on the C11 Card Printers without the Magnetic Encoder and for all C16 Card Printers

Step

Procedure

1

Caution: Turn OFF the Printer and unplug the power cord from the Printer.

2Turn the Printer over after unplugging the power cord.

3Remove the two (2) bottom access screws and cover.

4Remove the four (4) screws, the two (2) Idler Springs (810480), and any washers or spacers.
