Lamp

High End Systems recommends you use an M series, GY9.5 base, 250- watt metal halide arc lamp (such as the MSD 250-2) which provides 6500K stable operation and extended lamp life.

The lamp can be remotely switched off, conserving approximately 70% of the power to the unit compared to the lamp being on.
