The most likely cause is that an electrical event occurred and either interrupted data storage or caused the

Occurs during a crossload when the time required to erase a fixture’s memory is excessive. Remove the fixture from the link and contact High End Systems Customer Service. You might need to restart the crossload as well.
ID Lost
The system software was unable to read the fixture’s ID number (fixture number or DMX start channel) from its
