Measures Frequency Ratio between two inputs.

The measurement arming mode is set to “digits.” The Counter uses the <expected_value> and <resolution> parameters to configure the number of digits of resolution arming setting.

The Channel 1 and possibly Channel 2 trigger settings are coupled so that the measurement channels have auto-trigger enabled at 50% with a positive slope.
