Introduction

:STATus Subsystem

The :STATus subsystem commands allow you to specify or examine the status of the Operation Status Register group and the Questionable Data/Signal Register group.

:STATus:OPERation Subtree

The :STATus:OPERation subtree commands allow you to examine the status of the Counter monitored by the Operation Status Register group, shown in Figure 4-

2.The Operation Status Register group consists of a condition register, two transition registers, an event register, and an enable register. The commands in this subtree allow you to control and monitor these registers.

:STATus:OPERation:CONDition?

Query Response

Comments

Queries the status of the Operation Condition Status Register.

Bits are not cleared when read.

Numeric data transferred as ASCII bytes in <NR1> format.

Range is 0 to 65,535.

The query response value is an integer formed by the binary-weighting of the bits. The value of unused bits is zero.

The Operation Condition Status Register is cleared at power-on.
