Descriptions of the Measurement Functions— <function> (Cont.)

:MEASure[:SCALar][:VOLTage]:FALL:TIME? (Cont.)

<source_list>

range:(@1)

default:(@1)

:MEASure[:SCALar][:VOLTage]:FREQuency? [<expected_value>[,<resolution>]][, (@1)(@2)(@3)]

Measures Frequency.

The measurement arming mode is set to “digits.” The Counter uses the <expected_value> and <resolution> parameters to configure the number of digits of resolution arming setting.

The Channel 1 or Channel 2 trigger settings are coupled so that the measurement channel has auto-trigger enabled at 50% with a positive slope.

Ch1, Ch2 <expected_value>

range:

.100 Hz to 225 MHz

resolution:

<expected value> should be within 10% of input

frequency for optimum arming configuration

default:

10 MHz

Ch1, Ch2 <resolution>

description:

value indicates decade corresponding to least significant

digit of the result

range:

1E-16 to 1E6 Hz

value which indicates 3 to 15 digits of resolution for the

specified <expected value>

resolution:

<resolution> should use a mantissa of 1.0 and be an

even power of 10
