:MEASure[:SCALar][:VOLTage]:RISE:TIME? [<lower_reference>[,upper_reference>]][(,@1)]

Measures Rise Time.

The measurement arming is coupled to “auto.”

The Counter uses the <lower_reference> and <upper_reference> to select the lower and upper points on the rising edge of an input signal applied to channel 1. These reference points can be specified as either a percentage or an absolute voltage. The default units are percent.

The <lower_reference> and <upper_reference> parameters are used to configure the Channel 1 and Channel 2 trigger settings, respectively. When a reference is specified as a percentage (or defaulted), auto-trigger is enabled and auto-trigger level is set to the specified (or defaulted) value. When a reference is specified in volts, auto-trigger is disabled and the absolute trigger level is set to the specified value.
