Sets or queries the stop arm for Time Interval measurements.

Query Response A sequence of ASCII-encoded bytes: IMM or TIM or INT2

The [:SENS]:TINT:ARM:ESTOP[:LAYer[1]]:SOUR command has no affect on the following measurements: Risetime, Falltime, Duty Cycle, and Pulse Width.
