The interfaceMaxBandwidth must be equal on each side of an SSI link to avoid route computation deadlocks. The default value is equal to interfaceMediaSpeed.
For a port which is not a SSI port, the maximum bandwidth cannot be changed and remains equal to interfaceMediaSpeed.
