Configuration Worksheets

The rest of this chapter consists of worksheets to record the settings you make when configuring the system using the SSU, BIOS Setup, and the QLogic SCSI Utility. If default values ever need to be restored to CMOS (e.g., after a CMOS-clear), you must reconfigure the system. Referring to the filled-in worksheets could make your task easier.
