F Paper Jam 24x displays, media tries to feed from tray x and does not reach the paper pass sensor.

	FRU	Action
1	Paper Tray x	Check Tray x for anything that might cause the
		paper to jam in the tray, or prevent the media from
		exiting.
2	Option Paper	Check the option paper pass sensor flag for signs
	Pass Through	of broken parts and that the flag is operating
	Sensor Flag	properly. Repair as necessary.
	Tray x	Check the voltages on connector CN804 on the
		option interconnect board.

		•	If the static voltages are correct and the sensor
			does not change when activated, replace the
			sensor.
		•	If the voltages are incorrect, replace the option
			interconnect board.
3	Paper Feed:	Check the following paper feed parts for signs of
	• Roller	broken teeth, excessive wear, or binding:
		•	Paper feed unit clutch.
	• Paper Pick
	Up Roller	•	Paper feed roller shaft, paper transfer roller
	• Pick Up Gear		drive gear and paper feed roller.
		•	Paper transfer roller and paper transfer roller
	• Pick Up
			idler gears.
	Roller Idler
	Gears	• Paper pick up roller, paper pick up gear, paper
			pick up roller idler gears.
		If problems are found, repair or replace as
		necessary.
