J Paper size in tray x is not detected.

	FRU	Action
1	Tray 1 Rear	Check the rear paper guide in tray 1 for correct
	Paper Guide	installation and signs of damage to the paper size
		detect flag. If the flag is broken, replace the rear
		paper guide.
2	Paper Size	Check the paper size detect plate spring for signs
	Detect Plate	of looseness or if it is broken. If a problem is found,
	Paper Size	reconnect or replace the spring.
	Detect Plate	Check the paper size detect plate for proper
	Sprint	operation. If incorrect, repair as necessary.
3	CST Cable	Check the continuity of the CST cable. If incorrect,
	Paper Size	replace the cable.
		Check the paper size detect sensor board for
	Detect Sensor
	Board	correct operation. If incorrect, replace the sensor
	Engine Board	board.
		If the CST cable and size detect sensor board are
		operating correctly, replace the engine board.

K Paper level in tray x is not detected.

Note: When the paper in tray 1 reaches 50 or less sheets the paper detect lever will turn on the paper detect sensor and display Load Paper Tray 1.

	FRU	Action
1	Paper Sensor	Check the paper detect sensor lever (flag) in the
	Detect Lever	paper feed unit assembly for correct operation, or
	(Flag)	if broken. Replace the lever (flag), if necessary.
2	Paper Detect	Replace the following FRUs in the order shown:
	Sensor
	Interconnect	1.	Paper detect sensor
	Board	2.	Option Interconnect board
