Tray 1 Symptom Chart

AIt is difficult to remove tray 1.

BTray 1 is correctly installed and Insert Tray 1 displays.

C241 Paper Jam - Check Tray 1 displays and media does not reach the pass through sensor.

D241 Paper Jam - Check Tray 1 displays and media jams over the pass through sensor.

EPaper size in tray 1 is not detected.

FPaper level in tray 1 is not detected.

GMedia double feeds from tray 1.
