3r/w EINT Interrupt Enable Bit

The Interrupt Enable bit in used to enable or disable interrupts from

the channel. GPIB-1014 interrupts are discussed in more detail in

Chapter 5.

0 = No interrupts enabled

1 = Interrupts enabled

2-0r/w 0 Reserved Bits

Write zeros to these bits.
