Use this command to delete all captive portal user entries.

Max Bandwidth
Down (bytes/sec) Maximum client receive rate (b/s). Limits the bandwidth at which the client can receive
data from the network. If the value is 0 or then use the value configured for the captive
portal.
Max Input Octets
(bytes) Maximum number of octets the user is allowed to transmit.After this limit has been
reached the user will be disconnected. If the value is 0 then use the value configured
for the captive portal.
Max Output
Octets (bytes) Maximum number of octets the user is allowed to receive. After this limit has been
reached the user will be disconnected. If the attribute is 0 then use the value
configured for the captive portal.
Max Total Octets
(bytes) Maximum number of octets the user is allowed to transfer (sum of octets transmitted
and received). After this limit has been reached the user will be disconnected. If the
value is 0 then use the value configured for the captive portal.
