Configuring the switch

Standard 1.0

Overview

This chapter provides procedures for configuring the switch to work with Symposium Call Center Server. It assumes that the switch is running software load CCM010/SCAI12 or later; an EIU has been provisioned for the ICM link; and the ICM software is load ICM00001 or higher.
