Overview of server configuration

Installation of Symposium Call Center Server enables you to configure the connection to the switch. After the installation, you can view the configuration information to confirm that it was entered correctly.

Note: This section describes how to view the configuration from a client PC. You can also use the Feature Reports utility on the server. For more information about this utility, refer to the Installation and Maintenance Guide.
