Before you begin
Before configuring DNs, you must perform the following tasks:

Log on to the switch from a MAP terminal with a user ID that has the privilege levels required to change the DNROUTE table.
Define the ACD group to which the DNs belong in table ACDGRP (see “Configuring ACD groups” on page 57).
Define the area code (SPA) and exchange (office code) in table TOFCNAME (see the Translations Guide).
To configure a CDN
1Edit the DNROUTE table by typing table DNROUTE and pressing Enter. Result: The > prompt appears.
2Type add and press Enter.
Result: The AREA prompt appears.
3Enter the area code for the CDN. Result: The OFC prompt appears.
4Enter the office code for the CDN.
