Important

Make sure that the envelope flaps are securely folded down, and that there is no air inside the envelopes.

Note

Make sure that the top of the stack is not higher than the limit mark on the side guides.

Do not press down on the stack of envelopes with too much force.

D Slide the side guides against the edge of the envelope stack.

Note

Make sure that the edges of en- velopes fit under the side guides.

E Specify the envelope size and feed direction using the operation panel as follows.

GUsing {U}{T}, select the enve- lope type you want to use.
