Type 1 Printer: Loading Paper and Other Media

F Pinching the side guides, slide them against the edge of the enve- lope stack.

G Pinching the rear guide, slide it against the edge of the envelope stack.

H While lifting the front side of the tray, place it into the printer. Then slide it until it stops.

I Specify the envelope size and feed direction using the operation panel as follows.

APress {Menu}

The following message appears.

Job Control: j 1.Paper Input l

CPress {Enter}.

DPress {U}{T} until the follow- ing message appears.

Paper Input: j 3.Paper Size l

EPress {Enter}.

The following message appears.

Paper Size:	j
3.Tray 2	l

FPress {Enter}.

GUsing {U}{T}, select the enve- lope type you want to use.
