USING F-CODE POLLING MEMORY

In order for another machine to retrieve a document from your machine, you must first scan the document into the F-code polling memory box.

You can check the document in the memory polling box by printing it out. (See "Checking and clearing document data in a box" on page 56.)

The procedure for scanning a document into an F-code polling memory box (page 81) is in general the same as "Scanning a document into polling memory (the Public Box)" on page 38.

1 Perform steps 1 through 4 of "Scanning a document into polling memory (the Public Box)" (page 38).
