Configuring Shared Extensions

Use this option to enable the shared line appearance (SLA) feature, which allows multiple stations to share an extension number and manage a call as a group. For further information about this feature, refer to the “Using Shared Line Appearance” section on page 4-22.

To use the Wizard to enable shared extensions, complete the following steps.

Step 1 Select Client Shared Extensions from the Advanced Feature Menu (see Figure 4-6).
