Call Progress Tones

Dial Tone | Prompts the user to enter a phone number. Reorder Tone is played automatically when |
| <Dial Tone> or any of its alternatives times out. |

Second Dial Tone | Alternative to the Dial Tone when the user dials a |

Outside Dial Tone | Alternative to the Dial Tone. It prompts the user to enter an external phone number, as |
