2.8.4 Operating procedure of Memory Switch Settings

The procedures used for this process are described below.

Entering Memory Switch Settings Mode

1 time: Autocutter (TM-L90 only)
2 times: Paper/Print Density
3 times: Basic Serial Interface Settings
4 times: Advanced Interface Settings
6 times: Interface Reset Signal
7 times: Paper Width
8 times: Other Settings
9 times: FEED button operational settings (TM-
L90 peeler specifications only)
11 times: Label Settings
Open the roll paper cover.
Select setting items according to the number of times FEED is pressed, and close the roll paper
cover.
Pressing the FEED button 0 times or 12 or more times will terminate this procedure.
No change for numbers other
than at left
1.Open the roll paper cover, and turn on the power while pressing FEED inside the printer. You need
to keep pressing the FEED button until the POWER, ERROR, and PAPER OUT LED come on.
2.While the POWER, ERROR, and PAPER OUT LEDs are on, press FEED inside the printer twice.
3.Close the cover.
The current setting and setting guidance will be printed automatically.
Turn the power off. The printer prints new settings and save the settings to the non-volatility memory.
Then the software is reset and the printer enters the normal printable status. Turn the power off.
