11. Verify the servo motor resistance values with an ohmmeter or
multimeter - should be 2-8 ohms (1.5-30 ohms acceptable).
Replace servo motor if values are out of tolerance. Check
outrigger bushings followed by the carriage bushings.
12. Replace trailing cable assembly.
