4Touch [1 Administrative Setting].

5Touch [User Name List], and then touch either [ON] or [OFF].

6Touch [Default Function Permission].

The Default Function Permission screen appears.

7Touch the buttons for the desired settings.

–To permit the operation to be performed, touch [Allow].

–To prohibit the operation to be performed, touch [Restrict].

Chapter 12

8Touch [OK].

The default function permissions are set.

Note

To limit machine use by authorized users, specify settings in the User Registration screen.
