ISDN BRI Clearances and Creepage Distances

The clearances and creepage distances (shown as X and Y, respectively, in Figure D-4 and Table D-10) must be maintained between the card and

•The host chassis in which it is installed

•Any adjacent cards installed in the host chassis

The exception to this rule is the edge connector, which resides in the host chassis backplane where no minimum distance applies.
