Clearing skip ID of a track

1 Press the SKIP PLAY button to turn the SKIP ON indicator off.

÷With a CD-R or CD-RW disc which does not contain skip IDs, the SKIP ON indicator will not light even when the SKIP PLAY button is pressed.

2 Play the track which is not to be skipped.

Select it with the numeric buttons of the remote control unit or a track search button (4 or ¢).

3 During playback of the track which is not to be skipped, press the SKIP ID CLEAR button.

“SKIP” and “CLEAR?” are displayed alternately.

÷When the track search button (4 or ¢) is pressed while “SKIP” and “CLEAR?” are displayed, tracks to which the skip IDs are set will be played in order of track numbers.

÷The selected tracks play back repeatedly.

÷If you press the SKIP ID CLEAR button during playback of a track without a skip ID, the unit searches for the next track with a skip ID (or it returnsto the beginning if there is no next track) and starts playback.

÷To cancel the clearing mode, press the play (3) button or SKIP ID SET button.

4 To clear the skip ID, press the SKIP ID CLEAR button again.

5 Skip IDs can be cleared from other tracks by repeating steps 2 to 4 for each of them.

6 After having cleared the required skip IDs, press the OPEN/CLOSE (0) button.

÷When the button is pressed to remove the disc, the skip ID clear data is recorded on the disc. At this time, and blinks “OPEN” is displayed for a few seconds, and the tray opens after the skip ID clear data has been recorded.

CAUTION:

Skip IDs cannot be set or cleared with CD discs or finalized CD- R discs, finalized CD-RW discs.

1 Appuyez sur la touche SKIP PLAY de manière que le témoin SKIP ON s’éteigne.

÷Avec un disque CD-R ou CD-RW qui ne contient pas de code d’identification de saut, le témoin SKIP ON ne s’allume pas quand la touche SKIP PLAY est actionnée.

2 Commandez la lecture de la plage musicale qui ne doit plus être ignorée.

Choisissez cette plage par les touches numé-

rotées de la télécommande ou par une touche de recherche de plage (4 ou ¢).

3 Pendant la lecture de cette plage musicale, appuyez sur la touche SKIP ID CLEAR.

Les indications “SKIP” et “CLEAR?” s’affichent alternativement.

÷Si vous appuyez sur une touche de recherche (4 ou ¢) tandis que “SKIP”, et “CLEAR?”, s’affiche, les plages musicales auxquelles est attaché le code d’identification de saut sont lues dans l’ordre naturel.

÷La plage musicale que vous avez choisie est lue de manière répétée.

÷Si vous appuyez sur la touche SKIP ID CLEAR pendant la lecture d’une plage musicale à laquelle n’est pas attaché le code d’identification de saut, l’appareil recherche la plage musicale suivante à laquelle est attaché le code (ou il revient au début s’il n’y a pas de plage suivante) et il procède à la lecture.

÷Si, au cours des opérations ci-dessus, vous appuyez sur la touche de lecture (3) ou la touche SKIP ID SET, vous annulez l’effacement du code.

4 Pour effacer le code d’identification de saut, appuyez une nouvelle fois sur la touche SKIP ID CLEAR.

5 Le code d’identification de saut peut être effacé pareillement pour d’autres plages musicales en répétant les opérations 2 à 4.

6 Après avoir effacé le code d’identification de saut

chaque fois que cela était nécessaire, appuyez sur la touche OPEN/CLOSE 0.

÷Avant que le tiroir ne s’ouvre pour que vous puissiez retirer le disque, le code d’identification de saut est enregistré sur le disque. A ce moment-là, l’indication “OPEN” clignote pendant quelques secondes puis le tiroir s ’ouvre d ès que l’enregistrement du code est terminé.
