Setup

N Press the {OK} key to register the Group.

OPress the {OK} key.

P Press the Quick Dial key you

3want to register in the Group.

QPress the {OK} key.

R Press the {User Tools} key to re- turn to standby display.

Group Dial list

The Group list allows you to print and check destinations registered in Groups.

Deleting Groups

This function deletes all destinations registered in a Group.

Limitation

❒When a registered Group is being used for a Memory Transmission on standby, the message "This Dial is in Use. Cannot De- lete." is displayed and you can- not delete destinations for this Group.

APress the {User Tools} key.

B Press 0 or 1 until "4. Fax Fea- tures" is displayed.

CPress the {OK} key.

Confirm that "1. Program / Delete" is displayed.

DPress the {OK} key.
