Label Insertion

With this feature you can have the re-

1ceiver's name printed on the message when it is received at the other end. The name will be printed at the top of the page and will be preceded by "To".

Note

❒If you select Label Insertion, the la- bel might be printed over a portion of the image when received at the other end.

❒Program the receiver's name and number in a Quick Dial or Speed Dial then Label Insertion turned on with the User Parameters. See P.72 “User Parameters” (Switch01, Bit0).

A Make sure that the machine is in Facsimile mode and the standby display is shown.

B Set your original and select any scan settings you require.

CPress the {Transmission Option} key.

D Press 0 or 1 until "6. Label In- sertion" is displayed and press the {OK} key.

E Press 0 or 1 to select "Pro- grammed Value".

FPress the {OK} key.

G Specify the destination.

If you want to specify another des- tination, press the {OK} key and re- peat step G.

H Press the {Start} key.

The Transmission Option menu appears.
