When an Error Report is Printed

An error report is printed when a message could not be successfully sent or re- ceived.

Possible causes include a problem with your machine or the receiver's noise on the telephone line etc. If an error occurs during transmission, re-send the origi- nal. If an error occurs during reception, ask the sender to re-send the message.

Note

❒If the error happens frequently, contact your service representative.

❒The "Page" column gives the total number of pages. The "Page Not Sent" col- umn gives the number of pages that were not sent or received successfully.
