11. ADU

<Reverse roller>

1Remove the extension stopper, and remove the ADU from the copier.

2Remove the four fixing screws (M4 × 8) of the ADU cover, and remove the ADU cover.

3Remove the six fixing screws (M4 × 10 = 4 pcs., M4 xc 8 = 1 pc.) of the transport frame lower unit, and remove the unit from the ADU unit.

At that time, slightly lift the transport frame lower unit to disconnect the paper entry/exit sensor connector.

4Remove the E-ring of the reverse roller, and remove the pressure spring.

5Remove the reverse shaft fulcrum lever ass'y and slide the reverse roller shaft in the arrow direction to remove.

6Remove the reverse roller.

<Paper feed roller>

(Perform the same procedures for the take-up roller.)

1Remove the extension stopper, and remove the ADU unit from the copier.

2Put the ADU unit up side down. (The lower side facing up.)

3Remove two plastic E-rings.

4Slide the bearing in the arrow direction (inward).

5Remove the paper feed roller shaft from the ADU unit.

6Remove the plastic E-ring, and pull out the paper feed roller in the arrow direction.
