Mapping CoS Values to ACLs

Use the ACL CoS Mapping page to set the output queue for packets matching an ACL rule as shown in the following table. Note that the specified CoS value is only used to map the matching packet to an output queue; it is not written to the packet itself. For information on mapping the CoS values to output queues, see page 3-165.

Command Usage

You must configure an ACL mask before you can map CoS values to the rule.

Command Attributes

Port – Port identifier.

Name* – Name of ACL.

Type – Type of ACL (IP or MAC).

CoS Priority – CoS value used for packets matching an IP ACL rule. (Range: 0-7)
