1Click on the Digits dialed tab.
MAT displays the Digits dialed tab.
2Select the ESN translation type fro m t he Dial Plan dro p-down list . You

Note:
The digits must be leftwise unique within the ESN translation

Meridian 1 ESN translation type generates a unique pair of NPI and
TON values by default. The default values can be manipulated in the
ESN digit manipulation tables. The CTYP in the route data block

Note:
Two sets of digits are “leftwise unique” if one set of digits i s not

4Enter the number of leading digi ts to delete or insert , if requ ired for digit

Note 1:
The digit manipulation defined in the Digits dialed tab of t he

the Destination Number of the Facility messages for
non-call-associated signalling for MCDN features . These features
include: NRAG, NMS, NACD, and NAS.
Note 2:
Digit manipulation in the Digits dialed tab can be used as
required for destination nodes wit h node capab ili ty H. 323 V2, an d also
for destination nodes with node capability SL1, SL1 ESN 5, ESGF, or
