Set a file name format for when attaching scanned data to an e-mail.

The "File Name" entered on the "Send e-Mail" screen is displayed as the default value for this set- ting.

ATTENTION

The following file names cannot be used:

zCON

zPRN

zAUX

zCLOCK$

zNUL

zCOM0 to COM9

zLPT0 to LPT9

1.Select the [System Settings] tab on the top menu.

2.Select the [File Names (e-Mail)] tab on the left side menu.

The "File Names (e-Mail)" screen appears.
