				Indicates that FMT range of CIP header of received Isochronous packet is the value
			0	allowed to be received at DV-EN, DSS - EN or TS-EN (1Ch –bit10 to 8)
				(DV=‘00000’, MPEG2=‘10000’ or DSS=‘100001’).
0	Rx FMT err-B	Read
				Indicates that FMT range of CIP header of received Isochronous packet is other
			1	than the value allowed to be received at DV-EN, DSS-EN or TS- EN (1Ch – bit10 to
				8) (DV=‘00000’, MPEG2=‘10000’ or DSS=‘100001’).
				Clears to ‘0’ by reading of this register.
