DTMF Parameters
Duration	60 – 3000	When DTMF: Out of Band is selected,
(DTMF)	ms	this setting determines how long each
		DTMF digit ‘sounds’ or is held.
		Default = 100 ms.
DTMF In/Out	Out of	When DTMF Out of Band is selected
