	Field Name	Values	Description
	Cadence 1	integer time	On/off pattern of tone durations
		value in	used to denote phone ringing,
		milli-seconds;	phone busy, dial tone (“0”
		zero value for	indicates continuous tone)
		dial-tone	survivability and re-order.
		indicates	Cadence 1 is duration of first
		continuous tone	period of tone being “on” in the
			cadence of the telephony signal
			(which could be ring-tone, busy-
			tone, unobtainable-tone, or dial
			tone).
