Program 58-1 Overview

Incoming Line Calls (not recalls) to attendant consoles will overflow to a designated attendant console or station port (Program 58-5) if the call is not answered within the time (011~999 seconds) specified by this program. The overflow call will ring on either the ,Q￿7UDQV button (assigned in Program 59) of the console that receives the overflow call, or the [DN] or CO /LQH button of a station.

Notes

This program sets overflow timer for all attendant consoles (1~4)

The overflow destination is assigned in Program 58-5.
