About the HP 53131A/132A Calibration Menu

To View the Calibration Count

1Press and hold Scale & Offset key, then cycle POWER key.

2Press Scale & Offset key until CAL COUNT? is displayed.

3Press any one of the entry keys (arrow, +/-, Enter) to have a scrolling message appear, indicating what the calibration count is.

Your Counter was calibrated before it left the factory. When you receive your Counter, read the calibration count to determine its initial value.

To Get Help with the Calibration Menu

1Press and hold Scale & Offset key, then cycle POWER key.

2Press Scale & Offset key until HELP: CAL? is displayed.3Press any one of the arrow keys until your help choice (that is,HELP: CAL?, HELP: SECURE?, HELP: CODE?) is displayed.4Press Enter key to display the help information.
