Configuringthe Tethered Scanner

Do the following before you configure your tether ed scanner from the In-

termec Settings control panel applet. Information about the settings you

can configure with this applet is described in th e Intermec Computer Com-

mand Reference Manual. The online manual is available from the Intermec

web site at www.intermec.com.

1Connect your tethered scanner to the tethered scanner port.

2From the 700 Color Computer, tap Start >Settings >theSystem tab >

the Intermec Settings icon.

3Tap the Data Collection option, then tap (+) to expand Dock Tethered

Scanner.
