Removing optional cards

Removing an option card

Warning: Electronic components are easily damaged by static electricity. Touch something metal on the printer before you touch the option card.

1Access the system board by completing step a on page 191 through step f on page 193.

2Locate the option card you want to remove.

3Loosen and remove the two screws that secure the card. Save the screws.
