A short section of the print media is visible

Try to pull the print media from the front of the bin. If you are not successful, complete the following steps.

1Push the output bin rear door latches in toward the center. The rear door opens and drops down.

2Repeat for the output bin installed above the option where the jam has occurred.

Note: Open both rear doors if the jam occurs in a high-capacity output stacker.

3Pull the print media straight out.

4Close all output bin rear doors. Make sure all rear door latches are closed.
