Replacing the charge roll

7Pull down on the charge roll until it is loose.

8Pull the charge roll to the right to loosen the left side.

9Pull the charge roll straight out of the printer and set it aside.

Cylinder part

10Remove any packaging from the new charge roll.

Warning: Do not touch the cylinder part of the charge roll when installing the unit. You may touch the metal tabs on each end to help you in the installation. Touching the cylinder part will contaminate the charge roll and affect printing.
