
Scanning takes too long or freezes the computer

Change the scanning resolution to a lower value
Close all programs not being used.
1Click Start ª Programs or All Programs ª Lexmark 9300 Series.

4Click Display Advanced Scan Settings.
5From the Scan tab, select a lower scan resolution.

Check quality of original document

If the scanner glass is dirty, gently wipe it with a clean,
