4Squeeze the lever and pull to extend the tray to legal size.

5Tear off only the number of sheets needed for the banner (up to 20 sheets).

6Set the stack of pages in front of the printer.

7Slide the first sheet from the banner stack of pages over the Tray 1 handle. Slide it all the way into the back of Tray 1.

8With your document open, click File ª Print.

9Click Properties, Preferences, Options, or Setup.

10Click the Advanced tab.

11From the Layout drop-down menu, select Banner.

12From the Banner Paper Size drop-down menu, select Letter Banner or A4 Banner.

13Click OK.

14Click OK or Print.

Printing on both sides of the paper (duplexing)

When you select two-sided printing (duplexing), the printer prints on both sides of a sheet of paper. If your printer has a duplex unit installed, the printer automatically prints on both sides of each sheet.
