Solution
1Remove the indicated print cartridge.
2Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
3Reconnect the power cord to the electrical outlet.
4If the button is not lit, press

5Reinsert the print cartridge.
6If the error:
•Does not reappear, the problem has been corrected.
•Reappears, replace the print cartridge with a new one.
When you are printing or copying on plain paper, press to continue printing using the color print cartridge.
