Time. Used to set the instrument's time of day clock.

Arguments	s	<qstring>, in the format "hh:mm:ss". where
		hh = hours (00 ...	23), mm = minutes (00 ... 59), and
		ss = seconds (00	... 59).
Examples	time 16:30:02

time?

Time Query. Returns a quoted string indicating the current setting of the instrument's time of day clock.
