Synchronizing the Real Time Clock with a

Timeserver

Step 1. Use the setTimeHost command to add a host running timeserver to the SNC 5100 system.

For more information, see the "setTimeHost" command on page 164.

Example:

SN60023 > setTimeHost “butter”

Time Host butter value = 0 = 0x0

SN60023 >

Step 2. Synchronize the SNC 5100’s Real Time Clock with the timeserver using the rtcSetCurrent command.

Example:

SN60023 > rtcSetCurrent value = 0 = 0x0 SN60023 >
